Reflections in the Ephemeral Lake

I'm keeping an eye on the flooded Wodehouse karst where we paddled a few days ago, to see when it starts to subside.  In the meantime, these photos taken at the bridge on Sideroad 7 a week or two ago provided some nice reflections.

Sometime in the future I'll pair these up with typical summer views of this creek so you can see the difference!

In complete contrast to these photos we've had 4 days of clouds, cold and rain now.  I'm trying to garden in between the rain showers, but sometimes it just drizzles for hours.  Looking forward to 4 days of sun in the forecast starting tomorrow!

  5. Lovely reflections. We had little snow during the winter and spring has been rather dry, which means that water levels are quite low here. Have a great week ahead!
